Having been a Floridian for almost 30 years now I find I like the seasons and the idea of being in cold weather, but actually being there is too much. I do see alot of people who wear shorts all year round (even in teens or single-digit temperatures) and i simply don't get it. i have, however, been known to wear flip flops in all sorts of temperatures, though if its below 40-ish it gets uncomfortable.
