Lost In Xanadu
Man does it suck - seems like it goes in waves for me. Once I do it while eating, the slight swelling makes it happen more and more until I start being careful. (I just finished lunch and did it again!) Mara
QUOTE (Babycat @ Jan 7 2011, 03:13 PM) Very rarely do I bite my tongue, but I constantly bite the inside of my darn cheek! Christ, that makes me swear..! I hate that - and then you get a big damn blood blister on the inside of your cheek that just gets bigger when you try to break it. micgtr71
I usually do it when I sneeze in my sleep. Then for the rest of the day I re-bite it because it is swollen. I hate that.

1 of the 7
QUOTE (micgtr71 @ Jan 7 2011, 06:26 PM) I usually do it when I sneeze in my sleep. Then for the rest of the day I re-bite it because it is swollen. I hate that. Me too! Or when I'm having one of those falling-asleep tremors. I find using mouthwash more often than usual helps to heal the sores faster. I did have one once that just wouldn't go away and hurt and was huge. I finally rubbed a bunch of salt in it (not salt water), and the bugger was gone in no time.
