just some good quality 85/15 beef flattened and than covered with sauteed diced onions and melted cheddar. they were outstanding along with the soup. biggrin.gif

he probably just caught the fish about an hour ago. can't be anything better than that or some fresh caught salmon.

I wish laugh.gif It's been in the freezer for a couple of months. That's about as long as you want Halibut to be frozen. At least for me. Salmon can freeze longer. But summer is just around the corner. trink39.gif

2-egg fresh herb omelette served with slice rye toast and a green salad dressed with raspberry-walnut vinaigrette. California red table wine.
