Panko and walnut encrusted salmon with a dijon dill mustard sauce with basmati rice and pan fried broccoli.

I love basmati rice. Can get a big-ass bag of it at Sam's. It's under $20 for 25lbs.

We have one of those industrial size bags in our home too. We eat basmati rice around two to three times a week.

Worked late today..... dinner was a left over pancakes and the remnants of a bottle of cab sauv. It was that or a quick spin over to Taco Bell. Pretty sure I made the right choice. But, yeah, I really need to find myself a significant other before my meals really digress into something embarrassing

Been making a lot of good food the past couple months. Fast food consumption is at an all time low, as is total food budget, while taste and nutrition are at highs. Win win win!

Grilled chicken sandwich earlier. Tomorrow's looking like chicken and mashed potatos + salad before the festivities.
