One MNF moment I will never forget was when LT sacked Theisman and ended his career with that snapped lower leg. The thought of it still makes me cringe 20 years later.

They didn't want us to forget, either. They showed it over and over again. 062802puke_prv.gif

I'll remember Tony Dorsett's 99 yard run. I'll remember Ira Matthews' 104 yard kickoff return. I'll remember the Dolphins beating the Bears for their only loss in their championship season. I'll remember How wud Co sell. And those highlights, with that music in the background. Plenty of other great games, but I can't remember all of them at the moment.

End of an era.

Kind of disappointing too. MNF was always a pretty big deal at home when I was a teen. Especially when the Redskins were playing as my grandmother was a big fan.

Yep and a good nuff reason to head to the bar for a few trink39.gif

the pub by my house gets PACKED for MNF
