Bad luck Packers fans.

It shouldn't have been that much of a surprise though we scored 50+ in the Dome against the Pack last time, 44 tonight and Brees has 6 straight 300 yard games versus the Packers. He owns the Pack!

What a trainwreck.

What was up with Ryan screaming "F*CK YOU BITCH!" after Rodgers threw that first INT? was there something said before the game I missed, or is Ryan just a dickhead?

His fat ass will get shit-canned in a year or two.

He's a Ryan. He and his brother are genetic clones of their no-class, no-character, hick father.

Packers sign Head Coach Mike McCarthy to a new, multi-year contract extension.

Armchair coaches everywhere in Packerland are seething mad, as they were just about to get off their couches and go apply for the job. With their vastly superior knowledge and experience, they would have surely been hired by the Board of Directors on the spot.........but NO! They blew it. They just couldn't get off their couches in time....... :laughing guy:

There is one other story:

Packers waive 2011 first-round pick Derek Sherrod

Posted by Mike Wilkening on November 3, 2014, 6:31 PM EST

http://nbcprofootballtalk.files.wordpress.com/2014/11/cd0ymzcznguwzdbhnduynddiytjhm2yyzthlmtjjotqwyyznpwq4yjq5zgy3ndjknty5nme5nzblyzyzngyznwy0nzzk-e1415057327331.jpeg?w=212

The Packers appear to be parting ways with one of their former No. 1 picks.

According to the NFL’s Monday transactions, the club has waived reserve offensive tackle Derek Sherrod, the No. 32 overall selection in the 2011 NFL Draft.

The 25-year-old Sherrod has appeared in just 20 regular season games for Green Bay. In his lone regular season start to date, he got the call at right tackle in place of the injured Bryan Bulaga in the Packers’ Sept. 14 win vs. the Jets.

Sherrod’s career path took an unfortunate turn early because of injury. A broken leg suffered in his rookie season robbed Sherrod of his entire 2012 campaign and the first two months of the 2013 regular season.

A Mississippi State product, Sherrod (6-6, 321) is subject to waivers. He’s slated to be paid $1.275 million in salary this season, per Rotoworld data, making a waiver claim a potential long shot. He is the final year of his deal, as the Packers did not exercise an option to extend his contract this offseason.

The Packers filled Sherrod’s roster spot with center J.C. Tretter, who has been activated from the injured reserve/designated to return list. A 2013 fourth-round pick, Tretter has yet to appear in a regular season game with Green Bay because of ankle and knee injuries.

Packers 55

Bears 14

With a victory as beautiful as this Green Bay cheerleader, the Packers let their arch-rival Chicago Bears and the NFL know that they are a very dangerous team.

With seemingly little effort, Aaron Rodgers and his offense can utterly humiliate a defense. With ample protection and his wide receivers and running backs executing almost to perfection, Rodgers scored at will against the hapless Bears Sunday night. Rodgers was barely touched all game long, and he made da Bears pay for coverage mistakes with devastating TD passes to Jordy Nelson and SIX touchdowns in the first half alone. Five different players scored on offense, with Casey Heyward adding a Pick-6 off the helmet of an unsuspecting Bear lineman. Da Bears left knowing that they have a LOT of soul-searching to do, now that they have given up over one hundred points in their last two games.

Add in a new defensive dimension - Clay Matthews playing at inside linebacker - and the Packers found much success in defending against Jay Cutler and his very potent offense. Matthews is the NFL's version of the Tazmanian Devil - a frenetic and relentless predator - and he let Cutler and other Bear players know it once again.

a Milwaukee jeweler is very happy today. it looked like their deal "free jewelry if the Packers shut out the Bears" was going to cost them big for awhile last night :)

Surely they would have insured such a reckless bet.

Does it really count if he did it against the Bears defense?

I think we'll find that as the season rolls on, what Rodgers and the Packers did Sunday night wasn't all that impressive..... ;)

But seriously, da Bears are a total mess right now. The players and coaches are not focused, not communicating, and some players are simply not playing hard. Sure, they have a rookie safety out there, but when the secondary lets Jordy Nelson - arguably the best WR in the NFL - run free and wide open several times, you know for sure that something is very wrong with da Bears' defense.

The Packers will not have it this easy again anytime soon. As Packer GM Ted Thompson said, this game was an aberration. The Packers (and a few other teams) can score like this every week, but only if the opponent lets them do it.
