treeduck
Looks like the SAINTS are in poll position in the NFC then, and with one of our back-up QB's running the offense, an ex-Packer at that! ;)
Principled Man
The Green Bay Packers 2020 Season - Week 12 Packers 41Bears 25 Getting better, but I'm still unconvinced! Darnell Savage had two nifty INT's, and Preston Smith had a scoop & score against an outgunned Bears offense Aaron Rodgers spent the entire game under very little duress. Without Akiem Hicks, da Bears' defense was rather impotent. Rodgers threw the ball to anyone and everyone, and rising star TE Big Bob Tonyan couldn't be happier!! Principled Man
The Green Bay Packers 2020 Season - Week 13 Packers 30Eagles 16 In just his 193rd game, Aaron Rodgers threw his 400th touchdown pass. He is the fastest NFL quarterback to reach 400, besting Drew Brees by 12 games. How fitting that he threw it to his soul mate Davante Adams, who skied high in the air to bring down the ball in the end zone. The Packers' pass rush finally had a breakout game, making Carson Wentz's day miserable. And when the Packers got sluggish and let Philly come back within striking distance, stud RB Aaron Jones sealed the game with a huge 77-yard TD run. Principled Man
Thank you, Aaron Jones. He's saved his team before. When it looks like the game is about to be lost, he puts the team on his shoulders and makes The Play.

Principled Man
The Green Bay Packers 2020 Season - Week 16 Packers 40Titans 14 Not today, Derrick Henry. You're not beating us today. There's a new Marshall in town, and the name's DILLON. He's laying down the LAW! #17 just catches everything. 11 receptions and a 3-TD Hat Trick says it all! Principled Man
The Green Bay Packers 2020 Season - Week 17 Packers 35Bears 16 Thanks, Jay-Mitch Trubisky! If you're trying to emulate the Packers' favorite Bear QB, Jay Cutler, then you're doing a fine job! Not today, Khalil Mack. You're not getting Rodgers today. Rodgers will just kill you with bombs to Marquez Valdes-Scantling.... ....or a perfect end zone crosser to Robert Tonyan And he won't forget his soul mate, #17, who tied Sterling Sharpe for most Packer TD catches in a season (18). goose
I don't mean to jinx you, but I think with the combination of how you have been playing and who you face, the Packers have the easiest route to the next round. I expect a Green Bay blowout. Edited January 14, 2021 by goose

I expect a Green Bay blowout. There are no such things as jinxes....except for when I bet real money on the Packers. ;) Sure, the Packers should be a heavy favorite against the Rams. Their QB has a busted thumb, their offense is struggling, and their defensive juggernaut has torn rib cartilage. BUT.....(there's always a "BUT")....the Packers have shown this year and last year that they struggle to play a complete game. 2nd half mistakes, turnovers and huge special teams gaffes have frustrated the team to no end. This is Packer fans' #1 concern. The team is 13-3, the #1 seed, and their fans still worry about everything.....

Barely winning, offense sputtering, horrible run defense...but no worries, we'll be fine :P
Principled Man
The Green Bay Packers 2020 Season - Divisional Round Packers 32Rams 18 Not today, #99. Not today. You're good, Ramsey, but you're not good enough. Aaron Jones knows how to negotiate a new contract. Killer huge run to start the 3rd quarter! Principled Man
Ted Thompson (1953 - 2021) http://cdn1.thecomeback.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Ted_Thompson.jpg As General Manager of the Packers (2005 - 2017), Thompson built a Super Bowl Championship team almost from scratch. His first ever draft pick as GM of the Packers was Aaron Rodgers, a pick that puzzled and even infuriated many Packer fans. The pick is now seen as one of the best draft picks ever. A shrewd, secretive manager, Thompson never let anyone outside the Family know what he was thinking. Local sports reporters and fans were constantly irritated by the lack of juicy info coming from the team regarding draft picks, trades, free agent deals, etc. Thompson showed nerves of steel when he traded the Packers' beloved Brett Favre to the Jets. He also showed a willingness to make bold moves in the draft, when he traded up to take Clay Matthews in the 1st round. He learned from his mentor, Ron Wolf, who told him, "If you really, really like a player, then you go get him." Thompson was a strong believer in building a team from the Draft, but he also made strategic signings of free agents, such as Ryan Pickett, Tramon Williams and especially Charles Woodson, who now rivals Reggie White as the best free agent signing the Packers ever made. Be at Peace, Ted. Your contributions to the Packers' legacy will always be remembered.
