CeeJ Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I remember a couple years back we were talking about cigars and we had a few websites to get different ones from. Why can't I find that thread anywhere? I believe Digi, Barney, and Jack were in on the convo. Does anyone know where that thread is? Or how about a website or 2? Thanks.

Here's the one I use: Cigarbid. It's a good way to get premium cigs for very little money. JR Cigars also has some good deals. I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to this, I just now saw it.

Thanks. I want to get a good deal on some decent, but not too expensive cigars for the road. Definitely a variety pack. I'm sure I'll also be picking up different things along the way, but having a nice humodore (sp?) filled at take-off would be good. Also, i LOVE cheap cigars and cheap wine more than the so-called good stuff. Gimme a white owl or game cigar almost anyday, over a cuban. I really hate cubans. So that gives you an idea of my taste preference.
doubled_mystic Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I'll suggest cigarsinternational.com as a good place to get good stogies cheap. If you watch some of the daily and weekly deals you can make out like a bandit (I've snagged premium boxes for under $50), or check out their bid site for some really big bang for the buck. Good luck and happy smoking!
Cygnus Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I order from Thompson Cigar out of Tampa. Great service http://www.thompsoncigar.com/
Jack Aubrey Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 (edited) DM & Cyg: thanks for those, I'd forgotten about them. What's worse is that I get the CI catalog every month, so I don't know what was wrong with my brain when I posted here last! Edited August 27, 2010 by Jack Aubrey
micgtr71 Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 dont forget cheapcigars.com. Good deals. I usually go through JR myself
Digital Man Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 There is a "variety pack" I have ordered and it's from cigars international. It's called the Pizza Budget Bonanza. It's 100 cigars for $75. They are decent cigars that were special orders, or custom bands for companies that never bought them, silly names etc... It comes out to less than $1 per cigar. I only got one bundle that was poor Still I got 75 decent smokes for $75. If you prefer the cheaper cigars then this may be perfect for you. http://www.cigarsinternational.com/search/...?keyword=cheapo
lerxt1990 Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Good and timely conversation. Fall *is* cigar time for me, walks in the chilly air with a nice smoke. Mmmmm. I smoke infrequently enough to smoke premium.. woth a couple extra scheckles.
