CygnusX-1Bk2 Posted April 11, 2005 Share Posted April 11, 2005 Cool! I had my third game today in my hardball league in Sacramento. I had a horrible day at the plate, but a good one in the field. The first game I went 3 for 6 with an RBI and made several put outs and assists playing first base. 3 ground outs as well. We won 19-1. The second game I went 1 for 4 with a walk, a pop up, ground out and called strike out. I hate to strike out. I mean I really hate it. I usually only strike out a few times a season, and usually early on. This was the first. I am mostly a contact hitter with no power. We lost 5-1. Today I went 0 for 3 with a walk, 2 stolen bases (including home), and scored our second run. I had a really good day at first. Overall we have an excellent defensive team. We lost 6-2.
