ILSnwdog Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 (edited) I spent the last week in the Snowy Range in the Medicine Bow Mountain Range, snowmobiling, which is about 45 minutes west of Laramie Wyoming. Having only snowmobiled in the midwest, sledding in the mountains was a totally new experience, and when we got over 4 feet of fresh snow at the top of the mountain on Thursday, it was exciting and nerve wracking at the same time! We went up to the Medicine Bow area in the summer a few times to hike and camp. It really is a pretty area. ( I don't think we ever had to deal with 4 feet of snow, though.
