First, its 17-18 (can't recall) minutes of what music is all about. Better than anything else they would be playing (cause they're not playing Necromancer or Lamneth). Geddy felt like he embarrassed himself playing only the Prelude on the Counterparts tour....so aint ever gonna happen again. And how often do you get to see Rush do an 18 or 20 minute epic? Never. I totally vote for Hemispheres but it would never happen, maybe the Prelude. analog guy Posted June 3, 2010 Share Posted June 3, 2010 I'd suggest Prelude as an instrumental, if Ged is reluctant to sing it.... there's only a very short lyric in it anyway. The R30 medley had no vocals but they weren't necessary.... there's still enough power in those old songs for some of the instrumental bits to give one chills.
