I thought WBAB 102.3 would be doing it.

Actually that makes much more sense. Whoops.

Have you heard anything about it from them?

No, I haven't. Ever since WBAB started playing Nickelcrap, I've stopped listening to that station. I guess I should start again though, because I believe they're the ones who give out the meet & greet passes.

The WBAB password on 4/15 is the word "radio"

Where did you find that out? And how do you use it?

Ugh, I'm trying to do the Citibank presale thing, but it keeps giving me seats in orchestra section D behind the handicapped section. They're really crappy seats that I don't want and I wish Ticketmaster would stop giving me them.

I signed up a long time ago on the WBAB website, so I receive emails from them on local concerts. Don't forget, you can't use their password "radio" until 4/15 on Ticketmaster.

Are they doing any kind of presale on air? You know, like one in which you call in and answer a trivia question or something like that?

Are you in section C? To the far right of the stage? Those are pretty crappy because the sound is bad from there. You can't hear the guitar.

Admins and Mods: Just wondering why the thread title was changed.

Because it will go into the meetup section when we finish constructing the new tour forum. The thread titles need to be in chronological order, so we're renaming all the existing threads.

So I really want good seats. But the $25 markup at Jones beach drove me away... I just don't think I can pay $150 for a ticket and justify it to myself. Not to mention IU don't even have enough money right now to buy 2 $150 tickets and not get overdrawn... So I think I'm going to go to Camden instead.

The seats will probably be in the back orchestra section, possibly some tickets in the last couple row, on the side of the front orchestra (Sections C and D).

I'd love to go to this show, but funds are limited this year, unfortunately. I saw them in '07 at JB.

It's not the best place to see a show, but when you're there with friends and the weather holds out, it can be pretty darn good.

Tick, you're hilarious. 'nuff said.

Testy, don't worry about the sound so much. You're close enough that the weather shouldn't be too much of a factor. You might notice the sound "swirling" a bit when it gets windy. But, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. You're not going to get much better seats than the ones you have without going to a ticket broker at this point.

I'll be at the PNC show in Sect 403.

Looking forward to it!

Section 11L, Row E.

I don't get it, 10 am exactly, 4 people, and those were the VERY BEST seats we could get. Are they even selling the $151 tickets at all?

I have been to about 100 concerts at Jones Beach and the view in Section 11L is much better than view from the double-lettered, rear orchestra seats!

How many tickets did you buy in this section?

Ugh, I got the double-lettered rear orchestra seats. I wanted in one of the center orchestra sections, but I'm assuming that the scalpers got all those http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/angry.gif http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/angry.gif http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/angry.gif http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/angry.gif http://www.therushforum.com/html/emoticons/angry.gif so I'm all the way over to the left.
