Rushman14
John Forsythe -- one of the most famous TV actors ever -- died yesterday. Forsythe was best known for his roles on "Charlie's Angels," "Dynasty" and "Bachelor Father." Forsythe died of pneumonia and cancer. He was 92. In lieu of flowers, John's wife and family request donations to the American Cancer Society. There will be no public service.

treeduck
A solid actor... Actually I saw TAIL GUNNER Joe recently (about Joe McCarthy) and it reminded me of the Iron Maiden song ha ha!!! I liked him in scrooged, he looked pretty spooky as a zombie! Obviously his main gigs were Charlie's Angels and Dynasty! John's generation are very few now, Karl Malden went last year, but Eli Wallach and Kirk Douglas are fortunately still around. RIP
circumstantial tree
He played in a Norman Lear sitcom called "The Powers That Be" in the early 90's. It only lasted one season, but it was funny.

He was a Senator who was married but had had an affair with a woman who had his baby. Of course, the woman and her daughter were white trash. But the woman who played Forsythe's wife was hilarious also. Don't know her name but she plays the mother on "Three and a Half Men".

Despite his age, he looked as good in the recent "Charlie's Angels" movies as he did in the original TV series, I thought... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v318/1001001/charliespeaker.png
