We have KITTENS!!! Three little screaming meowing babies. They were born March 18th. This is a picture of one when they first opened their eyes. It was meowing the whole time I was taking the picture. I need to take some new ones since they are starting to explore now.

Kitty loves to sleep with people. (I keep the nursery door closed when Connor's sleeping but he was awake so the minute I opened the door, Kermy RAN into the room and jumped in the crib.)

This is our doggy, Madison when she was 2 years old. This pic is from her former owner. Maddy is a rescue dog, and we love her to death!!!! She's a Bassett Hound/Dachshund mix huh.gif . Short squatty legs, but that dog can clear our 6 foot fence. Seriously.

I currently am owned by a fat mare and a fat guinea pig.

 

Fat mare, Reffy

 

Breed: Peruvian Paso (Spanish horse. I like to lie and say she's an Andalusian because she practically is)

Disposition: Spastic, spooky, goofy, flighty, loving, sweet, smarter than any human I know

Gender: 125% hormonal mare

Age: 11

Owned: She's owned me for five years. I'm not yet trained

We do dressage, some jumping (which is hilarious. I do more jumping than she does), timed events, drill, competitive trail rides, parades, western pleasure, and regular trail rides. What we don't do: anything smart. We want to do an endurance ride.

Favorite treats: Peppermints and Mountain Dew

Weirdest trait: she can tell when I'm about to have a seizure and she will either smell my head (if I'm on the ground) or if I'm in the saddle she will grab my boots. She also will not others ride her; she is known to throw anyone else but me.

 

Four years ago during her training (floppy ears and soft mouth). Aw.

At a show; she looks suuupppppeeeeerrrr cute and clean. I probably used oxyclean on her that day (I KID, I KID!). But I don't know how I got her that white. Two years ago when I ran timed events until I had a seizure.

Suzie Q!!

 

Suzie Q is post-Mustang Sally, my other guinea pig who happened to have lived to be five and half (my pets live to be long because I sort of treat them as children).

 

Suzie Q, baby guinea pig, badass, bad disposition, high pitched squeaker, obnoxious.

Likes: treats, being fed, having her way.

Does not like: roommate's cats, boy roommates, me telling her no, not having food, the carpet (she hates the carpet. I do not know why).

Gender: 100% lady pig

Age: Five months- she's still a baby

She and the kitten are frenemies.

 

She was cold so I covered her in my roommate's leopard print fleece; she liked it, obviously because it's leopard print and she likes prints.
