I love the message in Spirit of the Radio.

 

I love the solos that Alex and Geddy do in Freewill.

 

Entre Nous was the intro my wife and I used at our wedding.

 

And Natural Science might be my all time favorite Rush song.

I would have to say A Farewell to Kings. That is the one album that got me hooked on

Not Even Close - HEMISPHERES is the Most complete Rush Album not one single weakness , just flat out great from start to finish.

 

Close but not Quite (rounding out the top) Not including S&A which is up there.

 

Moving Pictures Awesome except for Vital Signs and Limelight ( most overated and annoying Rush song) but has The Camera Eye one of the best Rush Songs

 

2112 - While I like all the songs on side 2 , the flow just isnt quite right and Something for Nothing one of the weakest album endings except for Vital Signs.

 

RUSH - Awesome rocking album but no Neil so the lyrics and percussion are just plain average

 

Permanent Waves - The incredibleness of Natural Science almost makes up for the waste of space taken up by the awful Jacobs Ladder. ( spirit and freewill are givens)

 

Presto - Best of the post MP- GUP era - Very Solid no super Awesome Tracks but no real stinkers either , great flow start to finish

Let me tell you a story. I used to be stubborn about music. I remember the days i only like the 70's era for rush. Im glad ive grown beyond that...cuz the 80's has jsut as good albums. Grace is my favorite now. I just love the balance of everyhitng. Its in between moving pictures and signals to me. And its got some reggae influence. I love the lyrics too.
