Hatchetaxe&saw
QUOTE (Steevo @ Jul 30 2012, 09:25 AM) Appreciating CSN&Y more and more Old age is creeping up Not at all.....it's just great music for any age! I played Deja Vu a few weeks back for the first time in a long time. Still sounds so fresh. Carry On just leapt out of the speakers.

Xanadu93
By the way, I listened to The Shape of Punk to Come: A Chimerical Bombination in 12 Bursts by Refused for the first time today... and holy wow it's great. I can't accurately describe how I feel about it but it's amazing... punk sensibilities with ambition, balanced screaming without being depressing, and best of all, I didn't find any of it to be pretentious. I'm so glad I picked this album up a few weeks ago, and that I didn't decide to wait a long time before listening to it.

ColdFireYYZ
Peter Hammill's The Silent Corner and The Empty Stage is one of my favorite albums. The only VdGG album (that I've heard - I don't have debut or TQZ/TPD) that I think is better is Pawn Hearts.

Hatchetaxe&saw
There are 50 unplayed albums staring at me on top of the record player. The stress just might kill me. And I've just jumped head first into Opeth. It's all going to kick off.
