Happyhour sounds good! Moose Heads for sure.. Solid choice Slacker ... I didn't know you got Moose Head down there. Its my night off and like usual its Lucky Lager time Lucky lager? Sounds like a hit or miss? Plenty of Moose Head in Brooklyn , N.Y Yeah its for people who love beer but cant afford the high cost of premium beers up here. There is a handful of lower priced beers but Lucky Lager seems to do it for me. You guys dont know how lucky you are with beer prices down there,i'm totally envious. Spririt or radio, Thanks for what your saying? but beer prices down here are"nt as cheap as you think! Moosehead cost about $25 a case! U.S money! Our dollar is getting weeker? There fore the price of out of country goods will rise! I hate Budwiser! Moosehead is still about 10$ a case cheaper there even with the exchange. I agree with Budweiser unless its free It sounds like you need a call from the doctor. DR. Lager, DR. Lucky Lager

BLECH...can't stand that stuff. I recently discovered this, in a little bar in the "Soho" part of Birmingham. YES, there is such a thing!!! We're not all COMPLETE rednecks. http://www.atlanticbrewing.com/jpg/blueale.jpg From Atlantic Brewing Company BAR HARBOR BLUEBERRY ALE A light fruit ale, made with Maine wild blueberries. As opposed to many of the sweeter fruit beers on the market, our addition of fresh Maine wild blueberries in this light ale yields a subtle blueberry aroma, without the sweet aftertaste. A mixture of the following Mutton malts, pale, crystal, and Munich, are combined with wheat to give this ale its lighter body, and we only use minimal amounts of Target and Willamette hops. ABV 5.2% It's really, really good.

Actually, this old joke is no longer true, at least in regards to the very good beers put out by US microbreweries in the past 10 years. I am personally found of the Highland Brewing Company (a microbrewery based in nearby Asheville, NC) beers, but in any case, there are lots of good US beers these days, the US has experienced something of a Renaissance in beer manufacturing in the past 10 years or so. I am happy to have lived through it.
