A very fine selection 73..... I used to live a few blocks from the Sierra Nevada Brewery in good ol Chico CA.. I was a frenquent visitor there.. The Celebration Ale is quite fine.

HOOCH!!

Hooch is a homemade beverage made w/apple cider (organic-not pasturized), molasses and brewer's champagne yeast. It has a boom-a-rang effect, goes down smooth, while drinking, you can't smell or taste the alcohol, but you catch a nice buzz midway before putting down your glass. Before my boyfriend and I broke a thermometer looking device that shows alcohol content the average batch is usually around 12%, depending on how much sugars added.

The next batch will be ready tomorrow - added natural cranberry juice, this is a new twist, hope it tastes good.

Saranac Pale Ale

Nice choice, furie!

I'm sipping a Sierra Nevada Porter. My first time trying it...it has nice carbonation for a porter, with nice coffee and chocolate undertones. And I'm listening to "Afterimage" while I enjoy this beer. (Cheers, Sing! trink39.gif )
