GET Smart 8/10

They did a great job with this a right blend of the old standard jokes from the series and some really funny new moments.

The Dark Knight 9.5/10

I would give this a 10 but then the next one would have nothing to shoot for.

Ledger was amazing as the Joker and the triple villain story line was handle wonderfully. I have seen it twice and want to see it again.

Journey to the Center of the Earth - 6.5/10

I'm giving it a passing grade because it didn't take itself too seriously and my son loved it. It is, in no way, a great movie, but it is what it is and it's not bad. If that makes any sense...

21 - 7.5/10 - pretty interesting movie........based on a true story......

Yeah the problem is that I watched a history channel documentary about the true story and the movie didn't follow the true story at all. The only accurate thing in the movie is that the students are all from MIT. I guess its normal to change the story for the sake of drama but I found the movie way off the mark and pretty lame. 2/10.

Well, I signed off of TRF almost 2 hours ago, expecting to watch The Breakfast Club as I went to sleep. However, I stayed up to watch it, and I was amazed! It hit me emotionally on such a powerful level; as an up-and-coming Freshman, I will be in the position of any one of these 5 kids very soon.

Great movie, I am so glad that I recorded it to the DVR, and I hope to buy the DVD if I can find it! 10/10, or 5 stars!

yeah, breakfast club is a classic. hopefully you didn't have to watch the edited for tv version. if so, go buy it soon. it's way better on dvd. I know about all best buy stores carry it.

I watched mean girls before bed last night. I've seen it a million times, but it's always new and fresh everytime I watch it. 10/10

Well, if HBO counts... laugh.gif Don't worry, as far as I know, nothing was edited out. It was rated "R". But, yeah, I'm going to Best Buy today to buy a Yes album, and I'll probably pick it up then. 1022.gif

I saw Journey to the Centre of the Earth in 3D yesterday. Asside from the 3D making me violently ill, the movie was pretty good. A decent story, Brendan Frasier did what Brendan Frasier does best; acting like and adorable dorky guy who is in the wrong place at the wrong time who ends up being the hero. Definitely not the best movie I have seen this year but certainly not the worst. If you like 3D movies than check it out.

I say its a 7.5/10 biggrin.gif

Fast and the Furious

8/10

No cinema "masterpiece" yet a very amazing movie. Good story and all. The sequels however are the worst things I have ever laid my eyes on...
