Flashback to high school, 1989 or 1990, watching a Rush concert video with a (female) friend: in a moment of general Rush enthusiasm (yes, okay, focused on the voice & face of our favorite singer here) I swoon & say "I want to be Geddy Lee's love slave!" ... and then I unguardedly recount same to my long-distance (& long-suffering) boyfriend (now my husband). How NOT to make your man a Rush Fan, 101. (It's okay: he's come 'round in the end. See RT "How do I get my wife into Rush?" thread, posts 33 & 34 for word from both of us if you're interested... and maybe you have some helpful hints for these poor, poor men & their ladies who don't know what they're missing?)
