I have a book, right on my shelf called, Chakra Therapy For Personal Growth and Healing, by, Keith Sherwood. I'm going to go through this again. Very good book, for anyone who wants to follow a step by step...beginners guide to personal growth If you don't want to actually take a class, or combine this with whatever you do.
