A "Fusion/Rock" type experiment

(Yes, Rush, Dream Theater, solo)

Id listen to that.

Vocals: Robert Plant

Guitars: Alex Lifeson

Bass: Chris Squire

Drums: Michael Lee

Keyboards: Igor Khoroshev

Drums were a very tough choice for me, but with the power of the rest of the group, I went with Michael Lee...if it were more of a finesse line-up, I would have gone with Steve Jansen.

I decided to create 3 different bands around each member of Rush.

I think this would be the most ass-kicking of the 3:

Chris Cornell - voc/gtr

Alex Lifeson - gtr

Les Claypool - bass

Larry Mullen, Jr. - drums

This band could do some remarkable things vocally, plus would have an amazing rhythm section and 2 very interesting guitarists:

Roland Orzabal - voc/gtr

Tom Morello - gtr

Edge - gtr/bkg vocals

Chris Squire - bass/bkg vocals

Bruce Hornsby - keys/voc.

Neil Peart - drums

This is the oddest lineup, but I'd be curious to see what these people could do together:

Geddy Lee - bass/voc

Eric Johnson - gtr/bkg vocals

Mark Knopfler - gtr/he can sing if he wants to

Carter Beauford - drums

Rick Wakeman - keys

Hmmmm this is hard

Neil on drums of course

Eddie Vedder vocals and guitar and the ukulele wub.gif

For bass I'm not sure. I love Geddy of course, but Jeff Ament is pretty great too and so is Flea.

I would have to have several guitar players. Alex, Mike McCready,Stone Gossard (can't leave him out).

Do I need keyboards??

Ok so I sucked at that!
