Who assigns member titles?

In the early days of TRF it was easy for us mods to come up with titles because there weren't that many people here. Not the case now. We still come up with them when the right title pops into our heads, but half of them come from you guys now. (We still have to LIKE the suggested title, of course.) JB came up with the last two. Keep 'em coming!
