None today!!! common001.gif

WTG! I'm being treated for anxiety/panic attacks. I shook violently a few weeks ago at work, then my arm wouldn't stop with a tremor until about an hour out of work and at the doctor's office. My BP rose over 14 points (the bottom number). I have to go back in a week to have it checked again. Hopefully, I don't have HBP.

I hope things really go great for you Drummie....

Wow! I hope you don't have HBP! At my last Neuro appointment, they checked me when I came in and said mine was high. I've never been told mine was high so I asked them to check it again after my appointment and it was normal. I think it musta been the ride there because traffic was heavy, and I wasn't even driving! I hope your HBP is something that you can get under control and not have to worry about. I wasn't given any meds for mine and don't like taking even Asprin because I don't want anything messing with my Epilepsy meds. I already take too much of that stuff as it is! It was another good day for me as far as my Epilepsy goes, no Seizures!

They are watching. It could be from the Anxiety attack. That's why they are checking it a few weeks later. Thanks!

None today yet! unsure.gif

It's too early in the morning here to tell yet. Just gotta make sure I do the right things, meds, eat right, and sleep right.

It's good to see that you are doing okay! My HR rep advised me to use the FMLA for my anxiety attacks as they can sometimes cause too many issues.

Yup. The psych put me on Citrolopram. After my post yesterday, I had a major panic attack that was so bad, my work had to call 911. I ended up in the ER. My BP was something like 178/120. Right now, I am having another one but it's a minor-moderate one. I called in to work and took Klonopin to calm it down. Now, I am on a wait and see.

I see my PCP and psych today. I have to update them on yesterday. Not having a very good week so far sad.gif

Klonopin knocked me out. Scared the hell out of LSM. Wound back in the ER. First day back to work. They told me to take it a little easy. Nice of them...

So now are you officially getting some protection from the ADA?

No seizures today! I still hate the meds they have me taking, Lamictal and Keppra.

Lamictal doesn't work for me and it makes your hair fall out. Keppra knocks me out and the side effect "Kepprage" (Keppra Rage) is starting to get to me. (Anger and rage issues)

I want to switch back to Dilantin.

None today, spent the day jammin' with my brother, (rushfanNlv here @ TRF) playing bass. Playing bass is a cheaper habit than drums these days.

Yes and no. they are clarifying the processes in which I work. However, that may or may not be the only thing. I have to see my psychologist for FMLA. I am getting serious anxiety/panic attacks. I was taken out by an ambulance last Tuesday from work.

they've been coming more frequent and stronger. My BP is shooting up. That Tuesday, I think my BP registered 178/120. We got a BP monitor and I've been making a log but you can see the BP much higher than it used to be sad.gif

My Dr has started me on the same thing with checking my BP and keeping a log, I've never had a problem with it before. At my last appointment they told me it was high and to keep a record of it to show my neuro. I'm hoping this high BP was just a one time because as often as I see my Dr for my Epilepsy, I've never been told my BP was high. I'll just keep an eye on it and see where I stand. Today was a good day for me as far as my Epilepsy goes, no seizures today!

Yeah, keep watching it. It's important. I think that the Bp may also be related to the brain's activity....

It wouldn't surprise me, getting old sucks! (Just like my old man always says)

No seizures today, been trying to take better care of myself, eating right and sleeping right. I don't have a problem with making sure I take my meds, I take them twice a day, 10:00 AM, and 10:00 PM. I always know if it's 10:00, I need make sure I take my meds.

None today, I had to go and have a blood drug levels checked today, they're going to call me and me if it's okay. If not, I'm gonna have to take more drugs I hate every day.

My decided that the Ritalin was too much for me. (I already stopped taking it). He thinks that he needs to double my Celexa dosage (has a side effect that is conducive in bed-No, it's not the Viagra thing though). I tell him and he still wants to have it doubled and then he can give me another med to offset Celexa. wtf.gif

I'm changing providers. This isn't worth it.... angry.gif
