Singing Snakes and Arrows

This album is contagious, addictive and just an all round great album. The biggest difference between S&A and the last few albums Rush has put out is I find myself singing everyone of the songs from album at different times during the day. I don't even know the words to most of the songs on Vapor Trails when the album is playing but I can sing most of S&A without any music playing. The

album is filled with songs that have catchy verses and choruses. I was beginning to think that Rush had lost a lot of their song writing abilities with the last few albums, but S&A shows me that their song writing is as good as it ever was. I also have a feeling that their next album is going to be even better than S&A because they have had sort of a rebirth with the making of S&A and are now as passionate about song writing as they were in their twenties.

Agreed.

there is no doubt that, in my life, I am constantly singing lines from this one more than the last few.

When I am not singing at all. That would be the time I am singing the instrumentals.

As a Rush fan, its mandatory and a necessary requirement to know the words to the instrumentals. Its for when you go to a Rush show tongue.gif tongue.gif laugh.gif 2.gif

That's only if you live in Brazil. They own the rights to lyrics from all of Rush's

instrumentals.

Ya! yes.gif

Lots of great melodic hooks in this one. Thanks for reminding me to drop the MVI in again tonight.

Yeah, I sing a lot when I listen to S&A, especially when doing the dishes and stuff. It sure helps! biggrin.gif
