Well, this question came up and Moonraker was counting them, but kind of lost track during the last viewing party, so here goes I will post this in musicians area also to see if anyone can identify all of them.

I don't know if you can call Whitey a "new" guitar. I think this one falls under the category of "They don't make 'em like this anymore!"

I dont think so, I believe he was using the ES-335's in the early days, at least thats what I gathered watching the early music videos for FBN, Anthem, and the Don Kirshner videos (Best I Can, In The Mood, Finding My Way). Townshend I know also used to do quite a bit of early work on a Rickenbacker guitar, cant tell you which model though. But the Gibson SG is definatly by far my favorite because of his association with it

The Gibson SG is a frickin' sweet guitar, but it is very expensive. To 1-0-0-1-0-0-1, if you take up guitar, don't make the SG your first one. The PRS (Paul Reed Smith) guitars are very nice guitars as well, and the Gibson ES-335 (whitey) is a classic. I heard about Lerxst using the doubleneck on the 30th tour, which songs was it used on?
