Wake you a**** up stoners! :smoke:

I meant to post this earlier. A co-worker last night tells me some one found his weed out by the dumpster. I said why would you put it there. And why risk getting fired. He just looked at me funny. I said If it is there I will find it. And I did. I basically told him not to be a dumb sh** next time. :smoke:

 :smash: Can't Fix Stupid! :smoke:

Reading about the Indian Reservation near Sioux Falls, SD that is going to open up a little pot paradise. Going to try to raise money for the families by selling herb as opposed to running casinos which many reservations do instead.

I travel out that way a few times a year. Good chance I will check it out.

My little slice of hometown is in a serious drought so to speak...but then again...that's how it goes in a state that refuses to even put medical marijuana up for a vote. One guy gets pinched...the whole county feels it. Hopefully the train to bangkok will make a stop here soon.

Had that done in June of 2001 when the nodes on the left side of my neck, which had stated swelling the previous October, explode to the size of half a golf ball. Was biopsied and told " surgery-NOW!" Got cut, then DX' ed with Non- Hodgkins. Had chemo and radiation, got sick as hell during the chemo sessions and lost my hair, but beat it in the end. Keep fightin', and keep tokin'.

TS, it was in the lymph nodes on the left side of my neck. Surgery could only get 85% out- any further cutting would have risked vascular damage, like hitting the juglar or carotid. So they stopped there. A week after the surgery they confirmed what they pulled out was malignant, The ENT guy that did the surgery consulted with hematology and radiation oncologists and recommended getting chemo and radiation. Chemo was five sessions, three weeks apart. Radiation was going on right after the first chemo dosing, and was targeted in the area where I got cut. I'd go into the clinic first thing in the A.M., get radiation, then go to work. On the days I did chemo I would go in, get dosed, then drive into downtown MIA where the wife worked and do lunch, as it was the last meal I wouldhav been able to keep down that day. On the day after chemo I usually stayed home. radiation went on for 30 days. When I mentioned to the hematology people I as having some bouts of nausea And that the Prednisone they were giving me wasn't doing s--t, the doctor said " it is what it is.". AS I was leaving the clinic, one of the techs followed outside and said to me, "you didn't hear this from me, but if you're having problems with nausea and appetite, just toke up." Very sage advice. I finished both chemo and the rad, and had some energy and immune system issues, but f**k ' em! This July I'll have 10 years in remission. Sometime around the end of the year I'll retire from work. It was a fight at first, but I learned from my mom, who was an RN, and died in '85 when an old case of breast cancer that she initially beat metastasized to a lung. That was back when treatment meant irradiated cobalt and not much else. Hopefully further research on both the medical and holistic ends of the spectrum will knock this shit out once and for all.
