Last year I made it my goal to learn how to twirl a drum stick and pencil. I am in band in school and I play percussion. I was on the timpani and I actually made a drum stick twirl routine to go with it. I would casually do it during practice and went all out in concert. I was going to do an epic stick throw and catch, but after missing it a few times in practice, I didn't want to risk it. Stick goes flying and hits someone. Was in town with my friend (Who isn't a Rush fan, in my opinion he hasn't heard enough Rush to pass judgement but he says they're geeky and suck) anyway we're talking along and this guy who looks just like Geddy Lee steps out of a shop in front of us. Unable to help myself I just shout "Oh my god!!
