Tom Sawyer
I just loved My Three Sons, and Mr. Douglas was my favorite TV dad!!
GeddyRulz
I'll pick Bill Bixby. I've only seen a few episodes of "Courtship of Eddie's Father," but he always seemed so sensitive and understanding to his little boy. That's a good thing.

GhostGirl
I picked "other." I always wanted to be Laura Ingalls when I was a little girl, after reading the Little House on the Prairie books. So I'd say Charles Ingalls, played by Michael Landon.

pedro2112
You forgot the best TV dad of all, Carl Betz, who played Dr. Alex Stone on the Donna Reed show. Anyone who has seen this marvel from the 50s will not dispute that.. nor would they dispute Donna as being the best TV mom. That's the way families should be! MikeEdisonBaggins
I don't even know who most of those guys are!!! I'm probably a little too young, but, also, I've never watched much TV... I have a TV set, but it is used only to watch DVD's. We don't even have cable or anttena service! I'll have to go with Al Bundy!

lerxt1990
Lots of good ones, but The Cos was the best (minus that last year with Pam character ). AFter becoming a parent (three times) I find myself laughing at stuff he said and did on the show that were right on the mark. "Son, you still beeboppin' to whatever's going through your head?"
