Sir Lerxst Posted July 28 Posted July 28 Thought it’d be nice to share some pictures that we’ve taken. Below taken from the 8th Row - June 9th. 9
WonderDude Posted July 28 Posted July 28 WOW! Those are nice! I'm assuming those are phone pics? Do you know if they are allowing any sort of cameras other than phones for us non-professionals?
TheHonestMan Posted July 28 Posted July 28 Excellent photos, thank you for posting. Did you use your phone or a true camera? Those close up shots are terrific. My aging phone blurs the image quit noticeably whenever I zoom in more than 1.5. Maybe it's time for me to finally upgrade haha. Also, what's the easiest way to post photos here? Seems like we need to upload them somewhere else and just link them in our post? 1
Sir Lerxst Posted July 28 Author Posted July 28 I’m using a website called snipboard.io - without an account it’ll host images for six months with no views before deleting. Those photos are from an iPhone 17 Pro with a small amount of cropping. Mostly taken using the 4x optical zoom lens. Id imagine most venues won’t let you in with any ‘professional’ gear unless you’re accredited as press. I’d guess anything with a detachable lens wouldn’t get through security / ticket checks. 2

zepphead Posted July 28 Posted July 28 Great photos.I'm afraid the photos we took on 11th June were nothing near as good as these!! 1
PAFHumbucker Posted July 29 Posted July 29 I posted these over in the 7/28 MSG thread too. 15th row. These phoneputers are amazing these days. A far cry (see what I did there) from my first flip phone! 3
TheHonestMan Posted July 31 Posted July 31 I finally transferred all my Chicago photos to my PC and sorted through them. Here are some of my favorites from each show. Chicago - Thursday, 7/16/2026 Chicago - Saturday, 7/18/2026 2
TheHonestMan Posted July 31 Posted July 31 Chicago - Wednesday, 7/22/26 And this one is a screenshot from a video I took during the very end of Working Man. Anika's face on the screen is just too funny. Alright...sorry for all the photo spam! 5
WonderDude Posted July 31 Posted July 31 WOW! Those are fantastic? Are those phone pics? One of them it looks like Alex is looking straight at you! Very cool! Thanks for sharing! 2

I had always felt a bit sad about not making more of R40. So when this tour was announced I decided to treat it like a once in a lifetime opportunity. TBH though, 7/20 was a surprise last minute upgrade. The ticket wasn't selling on stubhub, and the price dropped by like 60% just a few hours before showtime. It was still expensive, but close to the "face value" that Ticketmaster had originally sold seats like that. Just now, WonderDude said: WOW! Those are fantastic? Are those phone pics? And both Geddy and Alex are really kind about posing for pics or videos if they see you with your phone pointed at them. 3

Damn right in treating it as a once in a lifetime opportunity, and right there with you feeling sad about not making more of R40. During the first hiatus I never thought I’d get a chance to see them. They played nearby in 97 and I didn’t go, so I told myself I’d make every effort to go to as many shows as financially possible and with the best seats possible. 2
PAFHumbucker Posted July 31 Posted July 31 We were in our seats early thanks to the VIP thing so I took a panorama of MSG before most of the crowd showed up. The woman that helped us to our seats kinda looked and sounded like Geddy’s late mother. I kid you not. 5
GabesCavesOfIce Posted August 1 Posted August 1 Seriouy...MSG1, Somehow there was no row 1 in front of Geddy so our row 3 was actually 2 and folks in front of us walked up to the rail so almost completely unobstructed View. What a pleasant surprise! . 3
