Did Neil visit Ghost Rider Ridge on his Ghost Rider travel?

I came across this sign when I visited Palo Duro Canyon, Texas in 2013. Did Neil visit here?

Could post this in the Neil Peart forum? But curious if you have read the book yet to see if he did pass through.

His books are very inclusive of details of geography and locations. I don't recall if this place was included, it certainly looks appropriate, but if he did it's in writing. This particular book is also a very personal exchange of letters, but the journey parts are very likely to mention the location, if he was there.
