Alex, ripping parts he hasn't played in decades <spoilers>

Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but I'm so psyched to see Alex shredding and ripping parts that he's totally skipped for a very long time. The two that come immediately to mind are the intro shredding of La Villa (not played since 1981, I think), and the wah soloing in Grand Finale (not played, in forever). The Presentation wah-wah solo in 2112 is also notable...he played that solo in 1997, but without the wah, like he's doing this tour.

 

For 50-something, it's like he's reborn and letting it all rip!!!

It's amazing to see how good he still is!  I think his tone is quite good with that ToneX.  And in some ways I really like that he is using something that all of us have axis to monetarily speaking.  But in some ways it might be cool to hear him through a set of real amps.  I'm not complaining, just thinking out loud.
