An announcement made at AXPONA 2026 indicates that the band's classic catalog should receive premium editions between 2026 and 2028, including possible One-Step versions, double 45 rpm records, and SACDs.

I would love 45RPM Vinyl for the mercury catalog. I I have bought all of the VH DLR era Reissues on vinyl and SACD using this method (just awaiting 1984) and they sound incredible.

 

This is a great thing if it indeed comes to total fruition. 

 

I thought they were with Mercury all the way thru Hold Your Fire though?
