PurpleHayes Posted January 21 Posted January 21 If they had to make an album that would make your blue mood even bluer, here's what the tracklisting would look like: In The End I Think I'm Going Bald Soliloquy Tears Fear Trilogy (Witch Hunt, The Weapon, The Enemy Within) Losing It Afterimage Red Sector A Between the Wheels Tai Shan (OK I had to sneak this one in here because it depresses ME) The Pass Red Tide Neurotica Ghost Rider The Larger Bowl Malignant Narcissism 1
Nova Carmina Posted January 21 Posted January 21 (edited) Yeah, that would do it. I thought this thread might be asking "which setlist was most depressing," and I just popped in to say "the ones after HYF and T4E because they played so many of those songs!" Although -- to be clear -- the T4E setlist was pretty okay! Edited January 21 by Nova Carmina equivocation
laughedatbytime Posted January 21 Posted January 21 The S&A setlist was the worst. All of those midtempo songs (well, some were closer to dirges) made for a setlist only someone with IBS, and an uncanny ability to time it would love. 2

That setlist was a dream come true for the beer run. I'd been used to running to the head and beer line all within the time it took them to play RTB. But with the SNA set, it was a casual stroll. 3

If the songs took as long as it seemed, you'd have a chance to relieve yourself, buy beer, get drunk, sober up, relieve yourself again, and be back before the note of the first song worth hearing was played. Pound of Obscure Posted January 31 Posted January 31 I've tried hard to forget the entire album this came from but Faithless should be on the list 1
The Analog Cub Posted February 14 Posted February 14 A setlist full of Presto and Roll the Bones would make me wish I was at a funeral instead. 1
James Bond Posted March 6 Posted March 6 Snakes was the first tour I saw, so it holds a special place in my heart (plus I got to hear Digital Man). Did the tweaks to the 2008 portion of the set make a difference to anybody? I remember feeling the crowd energy a bit more at the 2008 show I saw.
