Question only for people who got their tickets on Ticketmaster… Do you already have them in hand? Or electronically or on your phone? I know sometimes they delay delivery.

I was curious after I bought them Monday and they are accessible to me digitally.

Some venues do. But you'd have to specifically request will-call, which can often cost extra.

I could access my tickets right away (mobile, of course) with barcodes right after purchasing.

Yes, already in my iPhone Wallet.

Yes I have all my tickets in my I-Wallet and in my Ticketmaster account.

I've seen sites that will make replica tickets in the style of old, but it's just not quite the same.

Mobile only (11th June LA) although I printed a TM screen of the ticket as a paper 'souvenir'

Yes, I got two tickets for LA.

Bit of a background to this - it's our 20th wedding anniversary next year and we have a big trip booked.

We were scheduled to be in Las Vegas for a bunch of days finishing on 12 June, so we dropped a night and organized flights to LA for 11th.

Was a bit perturbed when the Rush tickets didn't appear in my default Ticketmaster UK wallet, but then I switched to the Canadian version and there they were 😀

I got tickets for two shows in the Citi presale and I have them in my Apple wallet.

Ok, thanks. I've bought tickets a few times where I wasn't able to get them for a while and given this is until next year I wasn't sure. I don't have any yet but I was wondering if I end up having to go to secondary market.

You know, I spoke too soon ! My purchase is in there, and the listing of my seats, but I can't access the actual bar code stuff. Do we have to down load them to Google wallet to be able to see them? I tried that and kept getting an error message. I have a help ticket in with Ticketmaster. I want to see them so I don't have to do a charge back. I think it's just my lack of mad skillz!

Sounds like there's something glitchy. The tickets in my TM app have a black button in the section below the pic of Geddy and Alex that says "View Ticket". Clicking that button displays the barcode. Maybe it's a network issue on your end? Are you checking while you're on WiFi?

Thank you. Might have been on mobile all day but I will switch and check.
