It's been years since I've been to Cleveland, but if memory serves me well, there was a bar called Winking Lizard (I think?) that was near the arena that might serve as a meetup place? Not sure if it's still there or not...

I will be at both shows! The Rock Hall stuff looks good. I was planning to go there anyway, but this is a good bonus.

I’m going both nights too (I live in Cleveland, so these are home games).

The Winking Lizard is indeed still there—locals sometimes call it the Drinking Lizard, but, yeah, great restaurant and bar. It’s a little bit of a schlep from the venue, but, very doable. 
City Tap is a stone’s throw from Rocket Arena and is nice little watering hole, but…it can get kinda crowded.

There’s all kinds of places within 15, 20 minutes walk of the venue. It IS right downtown, unlike some concert venues, so…smack in the middle of everything.
