Goalie Goal, Goalie Goal, the Wild scored a Goalie Goal.

I had never seen that while watching a game before.

Fleury as happy as Gus was. He's such a class act.

Gus got that shot off quick. Looks like he's been practicing!

Saw him interviewed on NHL channel, he had been practicing and his teammates asked him if he was going to try it last night.  Happy for him.  There has been a streak of goalie goals since 2022,  Linus Ulmark, Tristan Jarry and now Gustavsson.  Only 15 goalies have been credited with a goal, some from own goals by the other team.

It was not long ago, in that same arena, that Fleury skated down the ice to try to have a nice little fight with Binnington. Now that would have been equally awesome to see.

Sabres 4 Hawks 2  It's games like these that you have to win if you're thinking about coming out respectable in the win-loss column. 2-3-1

That's exactly what the Sabres were thinking!

The Bruins drop to 3-2-1 following their 2-1 OT loss in “The Beehive State.”  Sloppy game.

Tonight will be crazy with every team playing, severe whiplash trying to follow multiple teams.

The Wild are dismantling the champs in Florida.

They still have not trailed during a game this season through 6 games. That has never happened in NHL history.

Look on Minnesota and despair, ye mortals.

Oct. 31 Halloween night, in Toronto, they play against Seattle Kraken, which Toronto, won 4-1.  At home, they are 4-2.  On the road, they are 2-2-1.  So far, they are 6-4-1.

Avs looking a lot better, won 3 in a row.  Makar is leading in points by a defenseman already and Mac is up to speed again.  Annunen has a couple of good games so that is good to see.

Utah had a bad night, now they found out Durzi will probably miss the rest of the season and Merino is gone for at least 2 months.  Don't think Thursday's game is going to be good for them.

Wild briefly trailed (dammit, Fleury!!) on the road vs TB but came back for the win.

Still no Cups, unless you're counting the one in Dallas.

Thanks for the reminder. This is by far the most sport-cursed state in the union. I appreciate the support!

The union can do without it, the way it votes. Full disclosure, I wish all the best for the Vikings, Twins, Wolves...

Avs continue to improve, 5 game win streak.  Annunen is doing the job in net, got a key defenseman (Toews) back and Mac is on another streak.  Good times.

Utah is struggling but put up a decent game against the Kings, will see if they let the Sharks steal a win Monday.
