Utes got a win against Oklahoma State, our first official Big 12 game.  Even with Cam Rising not playing, our freshman quarterback did a great job.  Let OSU sneak back in so the score looks closer than it was.  Nice to get the win :clap:

Alma Mater of Tony Romo!

That's Eastern Illinois.

Northern Illinois is the team that just lost to Buffalo at home.

Oklahoma is 3rd and 5 at Auburn's 48.  Sooner QB Michael Hawkins Jr. drops back, but sees an opening and turns on the afterburner, blowing past the Tiger defense to the house. Phew!

Indiana Hoosiers overcome 4 turnovers, 2 deflected catches for Maryland that resulted in either TDs or extended drives that led to TDs, and the official blocking a defensive back from making the tackle on a 75 yd run to win 42-28.

Not sure how long Cignetti will remain in Bloomington....

Did we already talk about UNLV's quarterback quitting on the team because he didn't get enough in NIL?

Allegedly the deal between Matt Sluka and UNLV was only verbal, Matt walked when he didn't get his hundred large.   Runnin' Rebs still took care of biz, 59-14 over Fresno State.  Sluka to redshirt and enter transfer portal.

Up 27-3, facing a UCLA third and goal, PSU's James Franklin calls a timeout with 20 seconds left to go and the clock running.     In a case of poetic justice, UCLA scores the TD and a 2 pt conversion.

Today was not the day the University of Missouri wanted it to be.

Well, at least it's not as embarrassing as Alabama (though they took your team to OT.

It's October 5th and my favorite college football team (which probably has the worst history of any P4 team) has not trailed this season, and my favorite pro team has not led for a second in regulation.    Fun times (well, at least on Saturdays).

Oregon holds on to beat anOSU 32-31 as anOSU QB scrambles in FG range while time runs out.

Florida kicks the extra point to tie #8 Tennessee with 14 seconds to go, then loses in OT

USC chokes away another one, loses in OT vs Penn State.

I saw this, and laughed, and they probably deserve some credit for having done it first, but this sign would work for close to half the schools in FBS, including UO.

The 2024 Badgers (5-2) have been thrashed by #4 Alabama and #13 USC, and they will soon be thrashed by #3 Penn State and #2 Oregon.

They don't play Indiana (7-0), so they don't have to worry about getting thrashed a 5th time this season.
