NCAA Football gets going in that hotbed of gridiron clashes, Dublin, Ireland with Clemson vs Georgia. And if you are as confused af regarding conference affiliations, join the club.  I'm not about to hazard a guess at the championship finalists, but I think I'm safe in saying it won't be Michigan. So let's kick it off, who ya got?

Close but not quite. The Dublin game is fellow ACC studs Florida State vs. Georgia Tech. However wow this game is great so far!

And unranked Georgia Tech upsets #10 Florida State with a last second field goal in Dublin!

Go Hokies (which explains the vt in my username).

Somewhat excited about college football for the first time in years as we might be good this year after several years of sucking.

Colorado turning over on downs at their own 30 or so to an FCS school. The hype is fake. I don’t care how good North Dakota State is, you’re in a power 4 conference and you’re losing at home to them and can’t even punch in a 4th and 1 to save your drive? This is silly, lol.

ND State is one of the top FCS schools in college football. I agree Colorado is mostly talk but the Bisons are a good team.

Sure, but still a power 4 school shouldn’t have been having issues against an FCD school, even the best FCS school.

Ah, The Day of the Eaten Cupcake continues:

48 Kansas-Lindenwood 3

51 Oklahoma-Temple 3

49 Utah-Southern Utah 0

51 Missouri-Murray State 0

I want so badly for Deion Sanders to fail. I'm willing to lay waste to all of Colorado's fandom as mere collateral damage. You had a chance to do the Lord's work, NDSU!

I was at the Mizzou-Murray State game. MSU tried an onside kick on the opening kickoff and didn't recover it; they gave up an interception on the next possession, and just like that the game was over. It was 28-0 after the first quarter.

And you forgot this one:

77 Stephen F. Austin-North American Stallions 0

A game so putrid, they had a running clock for the entirety of the second half. There oughta be a law.

One of the things that irk me about the cupcake games is the fact that the losing school gets a lot of money to get the crap kicked out of them but you know the coach exhorts his players as if they have a chance in hell. Probably every one of them mentions Appalachian St and Michigan too.

Huge weather mess at WVU- Penn State, has been delayed quite a while.  As someone that visited friends often in Morgantown, I can say at least this will make the couches too wet to set on fire.

Once I went to sit down on a front porch couch there and was told to move to the other end because I was about to sit on a nest of baby mice!

Notre Dame finds a way to get it done in College Station. 23-13 Irish over Aggies. Probably one of the toughest teams we’ll play all year. High hopes.

If they ever had a chance, that just went away almost completely but maybe the backup will rise to the occasion and roll over the Tide. (see what I did there?)

F$U is 0-3 after starting the season ranked #10. In other news, Tennessee was up 30-0 in the first quarter against Kent St. and they tried an on-side kick. Total dick move. No class coaching staff doing that shit.

I was hoping Colorado St. could do the business, but we'll have to wait for the next Coach Subprime humiliation.
