I do root for the Mets (as a kid we watched all NY teams) but tend to slightly favor the Yankees. I'm not much of a Jets fan -- I don't hate them but I'm definitely a Giants fan. Not really into the NBA but will casually pull for the Knicks or Nets if they're making noise in the playoffs. The WNBA was more intriguing to me this year. It was nice to see the NY Liberty finally win a title but the officiating is tainting it a bit. I never got the supposed Isles-Mets-Jets and Rangers-Yankees-Giants fan groupings.
