Bowie - Changes One

Not your everyday greatest hits package, folks.  Bowie had one hell of a run, maybe the best ever

Police - Zenyatta Mondatta

My top beginning to end Police album listening experience

Yep, I still love 'em.

Yay!

On the rare occasion I think I'm bored of Maiden, the second I spin any eighties album, I'm in love again. Not to knock the 21st Century run, but these eighties albums are timeless and impossible to ignore.

Box: RökFlöte - Jethro Tull | Muzyka Sklep EMPIK.COM

Another listen ...... some of the music is pretty good, but man, Ian's voice is woeful!

I wish he had just released this as a solo album - it does the Jethro Tull name a disservice.

Tales Of Time (Blu-Ray): Amazon.co.uk: CDs & Vinyl

A terrific new live album from Joe Bonamassa - highly recommended!

Hologram by Amplifier

New album from Amplifier. A highly underrated band imo. This is a fine listen.

White Buffalo by Crown Lands: Amazon.co.uk: CDs & Vinyl

White Buffalo EP by Crown Lands. I love this band!!

Fragments: Time Out of Mind (Dylan, of course). The remaster sounds amazing, the first time I can really say that I heard the difference. The alternate versions of Disc 2 are always a treat.

Genesis-Duke (10/10)

Taking a yes break but still in the prog universe.  Sure this is Genesis slowly morphing into the pop giannt they would become but there's PLENTY of prog to go 'round here.

Jethro Tull-Thick as A Brick (10/10)

This is more my speed right now.  i love this album.  The fact that this was their stab at full prog.  AND is a tad mocking of the genre is hysterical because it's fukking brilliant as an album on it's own:laugh:

I first heard it not knowing it was a parody. I quite enjoy this album, I still haven't commited to a discography run, but I've never been disappointed in their early stuff.

Beggars Banquet is my fave

Rush- Test For Echo

It's a strange album, but one I've come to appreciate.

Copeland- In Motion

If Jimmy Eat World and Keane collided, they'd sound something like this. Their debut album, Beneath Medicine Tree, is an all time favourite for me. It's taken me twelve years to check out the rest of their discography, and it has been worth it!
