Springsteen albums I've listened to:

Wild

Born 1

Darkness

River

Nebraska

Born 2

Ghost

Western

I've spent barely any time with Nebraska though. I also own Lucky Town, Human Touch, and The Rising, but I've yet to be in the mood to play them. Haven't been terribly interested in Springsteen since probably the summer Western Stars came out.  Although I do still spin Darkness every once in a while, just for when I'm feeling beat down and angsty. As for what I would get rid of from that bunch.... Ghost is quite weak compared to any of the rest of it, Nebraska I think I've just yet to be in the right mood for so I'm not really sure how much I like it, and Born 2 has Glory Days which... is a song.  I guess I'd chuck those three. I'll probably lose River before Western too.

I LOVE WESTERN STARS.

Every song. Except Smoky Joes Cafe, lol. But the rest, I just love. I bought the live taped at his fancy barn studio recording vinyl also, SO nice with the strings and stuff.

But I guess I'm not the typical ESB fan, either. While I fully appreciate and understand the importance (relatively speaking) of his earliest works, I do really like his later stuff, like Magic and The Rising.

Western Stars, Letter To You, Magic, Wrecking Ball, Devils And Dust, The Rising...these are all worthy of being spoken of amongst his older works. To me they are all classics!

The albums I struggle with are Working On A Dream and High Hopes.

Yeah, High Hopes, I agree. WOAD, I like a lot of that, but it's not like it jumps to mind as great or not great.

WOAD gets too much hate. But it suffered from coming after Magic, which before Western Stars was my undisputed favourite modern Springsteen album.

I love Magic, I love the production. But you're right, timing is often everything.

I wish he would tour Western Stars.

Same here.   The weird thing is that you can see All/None but it wouldn't register when I clicked immunize one.

I guess Nebraska is semi tolerable.

Yeah I’ve never really ‘ got ‘ the appeal of the ‘ boss ‘ !

. I’ll listen to a Springsteen track if it comes on the radio , but I’ve never ever felt the need to purchase on an album

just total indifference really.

Not sufficient :musik19: solos for my liking LOL !

Right now, not counting the username Laugh's picks due to, and because of him having more, than three for each in Bruce Springsteen's, and his E Street Band's c.ds', and albums' list, on who has the most immune, and eliminate votes, so far, should be as follows.  Water, I hope you won't, and weren't going to count, and include his.  He probably won't go back to change it.

Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J. - Immune 0 Eliminate 2 = -2

Human Touch - Immune 0 Eliminate 3 = -3

the Ghost of Tom Joad - Immune 1 Eliminate 3 = -2

High Hopes - Immune 1 Eliminate 3 = -2
