Friend got called today that the lady is filing a claim, and claiming injury. Screw people man, like we're 17, what kind of 32 year old woman does that to a 17 year old who just got his license? Friend got called today that the lady is filing a claim, and claiming injury. Screw people man, like we're 17, what kind of 32 year old woman does that to a 17 year old who just got his license? Wow. Yes, it's just the frustration, after many years of having the nicest, most efficient people there. Now the new ones are trying to bill us for something where I got a letter from the insurance saying that ins. paid it. I'm sure once I go in it will be corrected but it's an extra trip and the feeling that I have to watch everything there with a hawkeye from now on. Don't know about you, but for me, the most frustrating thing, when something like this happens, is just getting a human being on the phone.
