So sad. Such great cycling competitions all around. I remember following the Peace Race in Eastern Europe back in the 70's. Yes, it was soaked with communism, but the stages kept you at the edge of your seat.

According to this film Armstrong was doping even before the cancer situation. And the reporter who had followed Armstrong's early career noted that during that first winning season Armstrong went from having a previous best of 39th in the mountain stage the to "the best mountain racer I've ever seen".

It makes you think what the modern riders are doing now, knowing that they are always a few steps ahead of the doping police.

Started to watch Under Paris, the shark movie, based on Stephen King giving it a decent review.  But I bailed after the intro setup.

Really, really bad.

This is a good example of a movie where the unrated version is essential. It’s about 30 minutes longer, and adds plot lines and many characters.

I know what happened to you!  Patrick Duffy took a beating!

So glad that was in the unrated cut.  It was in the previews but on my opening day double feature viewing of that and Sweeney Todd, it was cut.
