49 years ago I was having a Brain Salad Surgery.   I'm still close with my buddy who I attended this show with.

We drank Mad Dog 2020.  Awful.

  Yes, just thinking of Mad Dog or Thunderbird brings on a headache.  Ahhh, youth. Awesome show though!

My friend informed me that we drank the same for Jethro Tull - A Passion Play at MSG a few months before ELP.   I guess we didn't learn.

First of all, who would look at these bottles and drink this ?!?!    Kids in high school, that's who.

My friend's boyfriend loves the orange one. He brings it back when he goes out of state.

Ben Folds Five - On Being Frank

Great song. I love The Sound Of The Life Of The Mind. I think it's just as good as their first few albums. I just revisited their catalogue again a few weeks back. I got to see Ben Folds live last year at a beautiful theater in Troy, NY. It was just Ben and his piano.

Sky High is my favorite on that album.  Personally, I consider The Luckiest from his solo debut to be the best love song ever written by anyone.

I love Sky High. I have many favorites from that album. The title track, Do It Anyway, Draw A Crowd, and Michael Praytor especially. And I can definitely agree with that! He closed with that when I saw him.
