Who the hell voted for Permanent Waves in this poll??

ST3V. Come on, man.

I could have looked, but I just didn’t want to!

Hold your boring red album cover.

Unless you're self titled like Metallica, Beatles ,Weezer, 311 and Garbage a one color design doesn't work.

What about the inside cover though?

The juggling is cool. Some I owned on CD and vinyl and some just streamed and owned digitally. Got it on CD in Summer 2009.

Presto is the easiest answer for worst album cover and worst album (caveat - I do not consider the debut as a true Rush album, it's basically a Led Company album), followed closely by Caress of Steel.

Snakes is an excellent album cover IMO, as is HYF. Snakes at least has some liner notes and blurbs from Neil on the backstory, and HYF is good when you pair it with the inside art.

The Presto album is top 5 for me, and the artwork is fine.

We will never enjoy a beer together. ;-)

Hold Your Fire was it for me. The all red front is too bland or something. Hemispheres a very close second. The brain is just too graphic, it's distracting. It looks like these sheep brains we used to have to study in school!

I suppose the man's bare ass balanced it out for you and kept it off the top spot!

Describes the dead hole that was the mid 80's. Nothing to even think about here.

My God, yes. The period when I got away from AOR and prog, and started delving into New Age, Fusion, Electronic, and, although the label's artists hate the reference, a lot of Windham Hill music.
