Rick N. Backer Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 On the Vol IV reissue, they recreated a live set from the tour, with some unreleased stuff and some stuff that seems like it's from Live at Last. I wonder if "North American Tour Live '75" is the same deal. 3

IbanezJem Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 (edited) Tempting... but I`m not sure how many photos of Bill in his wife`s tights I can take in one box set. Edited April 14, 2021 by IbanezJem 3

I wonder if "North American Tour Live '75" is the same deal. Was it worth the money? I'd say no, to be honest. I'm not an audiophile, so I can't really tell the difference from the Vol. IV I already had. When I listened to the live set, I was pretty disappointed when I recognized some of the cuts. If I'm wrong about them being off Live at Last, then Ozzy's banter was pretty canned. 3
Rick N. Backer Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 meh Why are you here? Go listen to Presto and talk about intersectionality with a liberal arts department professor. 4
Maverick Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 meh Why are you here? Go listen to Presto and talk about intersectionality with a liberal arts department professor. Easy there, big fella! 2

invisible airwave Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 (edited) I have yet to see this news pop up on Consequence Of Sound. I usually go there for news of new albums and reissues. Edited April 14, 2021 by invisible airwave
zepphead Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 (edited) Tempting... but I`m not sure how many photos of Bill in his wife`s tights I can take in one box set.I remember being traumatised at the time when it was first released. Multiple pics is quite scary but it looks like a fairly decent package (the box set I mean!!!!) Edited April 14, 2021 by zepphead 2

I like the Super Deluxe set and glad I bought it. Not going to buy SABOTAGE though. 1
treeduck Posted April 15, 2021 Author Posted April 15, 2021 To celebrate this momentous event I just walked around the neighbourhood in a pair of tights in homage to great Bill Ward. :notworthy: :smoke: 3
ozzy85 Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 mehDude, I somehow knew you were gonna say that. But I'll give you a pass because of that Aspen Super Coupe in your sig. This time. Sabotage is on my short list of top all time albums. They successfully pulled off an almost prog album while retaining their nuclear level heavy riffs. 2

But... damn, Ducky. Just please tell me you don't have a kimono like Ozzy's. 1

I should have been more measured in my criticism. Your username tells me you're fan. One of my dearest friends, Jimmy Blanke is a fan. He doesn't know of my dissing Ozzy. Your description of Sabotage intrigues me. I will in the next coming days give the album a re-listen with an open mind. "Almost prog" with nuclear level heavy riffs might be just the kind of thing to remind me I'm alive. 1

Keith Emerson is on the previous album, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. That's got some mid-70s prog vibe as well. I personally doubt your synth-era loving ears are going to be able to process this stuff, but I admire your trying. 1

But it might be good for a few laughs.
