Crap, I really like Yaphet Koto, he was a beast of an actor.

I love him in Live and Let Die, Alien, Midnight Run, 5 Card Stud, Blue Collar, 4 For Texas, The Thomas Crown Affair, Brubaker, the Star Chamber, the Running Man.

RIP Yaphet

I'm sorry, to hear, see, and read this. He was a great actor, who was in good movies, and t.v. shows. He will be remembered, and missed. My condolences, to his family, and friends. R.I.P., Yaphet. Edited by Derek19

RIP to a wonderful actor :rose:

Lots of his great movie roles have been mentioned, but he was also fantastic as one of the lead characters in the Homicide: Life on the Streets series

"He always did have an inflated opinion of himself."

James Bond (Roger Moore) after killing Dr. Karanga (Yaphet Kotto) in Live And Let Die. RIP.

He was also in my least favorite Nightmare On Elm Street movie, Freddy's Dead. Him and Alice Cooper and Johnny Depp cameos aside, it's awful. The then hyped 3D doesn't even come in until the last 20-30 minutes of the movie.
