JohnRogers
Tesla, the vocal styling is definitely more to my liking. Both bands are better than Black Sabbath.

blueschica
Awww, I love them both, so I put refuse to vote. I still play Long Cold Winter all the time. Tom Kiefer is such a talented guy who had had a number of bad breaks in his life. I love Tesla also, though; I still play Psychotic Supper all the time. Both bands are underrated and underplayed, IMO.

Derek19
I've liked, and preferred "Cinderella". They do deserve more appreciation. Talking about "White Lion", I've always still liked that band, and group, too.

invisible airwave
Tesla Heartbreak Station era Cinderella is a big improvement over their previous songs. They were basically doing what Black Crowes were more successful at around the time.
Turbine Freight
Cinderella. Night Songs & Long Cold Winter are both good albums.
goose
Tesla's Love Song is solid, as is their cover of Signs. Both are better than a.c anything I've heard from Cinderella*, so Tesla gets the nod.  *I saw Cinderella live back in the 80s and wasn't too impressed. Blue J
Tesla, all day and night.  Honestly, I never thought of them as hair metal. They had a bluesier edge, to my ears, than all of the hair bands I can think of. Also, I saw them live, support act for David Lee Roth on his Skyscraper tour, in 1988. They were REALLY good live.
