treeduck
That tuna is actually the mess that you puke up after you eat it, after it's been recycled with a dustpan and brush.

Principled Man
Any story that contains the following words - `no scintilla of tuna` - renders it doubly threadworthy. What would be more poetic: no scintilla of tuna or not an iota of tuna ? I would have gone with not one iota of tuna, but that's just me.

Thank God, I have a local yokel sub shop close by that's been in biz for 30+ years. A little more expensive, but quality is through the roof, and they don't skimp on quantity.
HemiBeers
...and the cod at Long John Silvers has worms in it. Many moons ago I used to cook there. Worst job I ever had. If the job wasn't bad enough, the ridiculous outfit was degrading. Arrrgh matees! Let me work shitty minimum wage job for ye!

1-0-0-1-0-0-1
Why did this come into my head?! ... Any thread about tuna -- and we've had MANY, as you know -- is rendered null and void unless that album is referenced at least once. Thank you for saving this thread from certain deletion.

anagramformongo
The only thing I get from Subway is their Flatizza. I like to have one occasionally. Their cookies are good too.
IbanezJem
I`ve never eaten from Subway. I do like Tuna. It feels like the two separate thoughts will never become entwined.
anagramformongo
Plus, "bereft" is a really strong word. Neil was bereft of his first family. "Devoid" is a better word when describing something like this. (I almost said "inanimate object" but that tuna was living at one time.)
